Directions: Pour all ingredients (save the egg white for later) over ice in a pint glass. If you have a cocktail shaker, remove the spring coil and place it in the glass. Next, add the egg white. Then, shake the cocktail vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice or a thick orange peel.

Directions: Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker, then shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Finish by pouring over a tall glass with ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
